Studio Rules and Regulations

You are acquiring access to The Studio On Elm (referred to as The Studio), which can be scheduled based on the studio's availability via a private booking link you will receive- can be booked in 30 minute increments. Overage hours are billed at $25 per hour at the end of every calendar month.  

Studio is open 24/7 unless noted otherwise. Your booking link is how you can schedule, reschedule, or cancel any time booked at The Studio. This link may only be used by the Renter.

By purchasing this subscription you agree to follow all studio terms of use. 

The Studio may be used for the following:
- Photoshoots
- Podcasts
- Small live music showcase
- Content Creation
- Workshops/classes
- Meetings
- Videography
- Creative projects

The Studio may NOT be used for:
- A residential dwelling
- Parties / large gatherings
- Childcare facilities
- Band practice

-Adult Content

-Overage hours are billed at $25 per hour

-Representative signing this contract must be present for the entire duration of rental
-No smoking or vaping whatsoever is allowed in the building or within 10ft of any entrance.
-Candle use is okay with caution and must be extinguished before leaving premises.
-No illegal drugs.
-Children must be supervised at all times
-Pets allowed with the prior consent of a Company representative.
-Maximum of 10 people in Renter's party, unless otherwise stated in contract terms.
-NO GLITTER. IF GLITTER IS USED, AN $200 CLEANING FEE WILL BE INVOICED.
-The Studio on Elm has various lighting conditions and situations dependent on time of day/year/weather. No refund will be issued with customer dissatisfaction of lighting due to weather or unfamiliarity of lighting schedule.
-If Renter or Party stays more than 30 minutes past their scheduled rental time, this will be considered overtime and will be billed accordingly.
-If you need to hang anything, please use command hooks.
-If Renter does not leave the space clean and tidy, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be invoiced.
-Please have guests clean their shoes before entering the studio.
-Renter may not share received door code
- Music is to be kept at reasonable levels

Any violations of studio rules will result in immediate termination of studio use and no refunds will be issued.
